What will they think about me? What will they say? What will they do? Will they believe me? Will they listen to my words? Will they understand? Do they have the capacity to understand? Will it hurt? Can it possibly hurt more than it already does? How would that be possible? HOW? WHY?!

...

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Concentrate on that motion; the rise and fall of your chest as you inhale and exhale. With each breath, let yourself feel more relaxed and freed.

It's not your fault. Whatever you think the reason being is, it's not your fault. You are not the only person to feel as you do, to think as you do, to be as you are in this moment.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Concentrate.

Think of those before you, the ones starting the conversation, letting the gates trickle open to the eventual flood that is to come. The ones releasing the pressure with one action, yet opening themselves up to even more.

Think of those that sought the help they needed instead of running away and hoping that it will all just evaporate. It is not as easy as they would like you to think; you won't be able to just blurt it out, yell about it until you are horse, open wide the valve and let the flood gates flow free. As much pressure as is there, there is no easy way to get that release. As the questions swirl and drive you to the brink of darkness, you need to...

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Again.

Slower.

Concentrate.

Let it out slowly. Start again. When you are ready, let it out slowly. Your breath; your fear; your pain. Cry if you must. Let it out slowly. Think of those before you, having gone through something so different, yet so much in the same vein. Feed off of their strength, their courage, their voice. That expressiveness that they show lives deep inside of them, willing itself free. That same expressiveness is inside of you as well. Ropes of fear hold them deep, but slowly, carefully, your courage will cut through the bindings, letting that expression rise slowly like a balloon, ready to reach the atmosphere and burst forth, releasing that bubble of fear, that pain, spreading out to reach all others, dissipating into nothingness as you release the pressure from your self.

That same strength is within you.

That same courage is within you.

You can be one of them; one that can wear their fear, their pain, their voice, on their sleeve, showing everyone who they are and what they are going through. You just need to...

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Concentrate.

Let it out slowly. Your breath; your fear; your pain. Let it out slowly, with boldness, and power, and confidence, so that one day you can be that person that is looked upon to help push someone into...

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Concentrating.

Letting it out slowly. Their breath; their fear; their pain. With boldness, and power, and confidence, as they are moved by your passion, your energy, your brazenness. Because you are not alone in your thoughts, you pain, your anger. You have never been and will never be alone. You just need to...

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Concentrate.

Let it out slowly, with boldness, and power, and confidence. Teach those who come after you that you are with them. To guide them; to free them if only for a moment; to start a new chapter, with a new outlook onto the brighter path that will lead you to a world more free and open, with friends, and family, and strangers, willing to listen and learn and help. Because you think you can't do this alone. But you were never alone to begin with. From those before you, to those after you, that have found or are looking for that energy, that one spark to set it off, that will give way to the freedom you all want and deserve. It all starts when you...

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Concentrate.

Now you can begin to heal.
